Excellent experience with Dr. Joya! Professional, efficient, and provides excellent care. The entire team, from reception to the dental assistants is courteous, attentive, and highly organised. The clinic is very well run, and every visit is seamless. I highly recommend this dental office!
I am extremely happy with Waterview Dental and would recommend them.
The overall experience was good, and the staff was professional. However, I felt that the communication was not clear and there was a lack of transparency. I specifically requested an examination and scaling, but the services performed did not fully match my understanding of what was discussed. I would appreciate clearer communication and confirmation of the planned procedures before any treatment is completed.
