Cleaning itself was fine, but during the procedure water was splashing onto my face and when I asked for a tissue while reclined in the chair, I was told to get one myself from the sink. It made the experience less attentive than I expected.
Great experience one more time. I have been a client of Waterview Dental for many years and they always impress me with their great service and professionalism.
Not a very pleasant visit. Total cost for the new patient exam and hygiene is mid $500. 1. Long wait time. Came in 10 minutes early and the appt took place 12 minutes after scheduled time. Waited 22 minutes. Not very good first impressions. 2. Additional cost without proper disclosure. After the panoramic X-Ray, I was asked if I would be “ok” to do an additional exam on my prior root canal treatment area.
