Neighbors are out of control up all night and nothing gets done no matter how many reports I’ve made. Appliances are out of date and refuse to update or fix them (bandaid fix only). Over priced for what you’re getting. True shame. Absolutely loved it when we first moved in then after 6 months everything went down hill.
THE NOISE AT NIGHT (PAST 9PM) IS OUT OF CONTROL. ADIOS HOMEOWNERS ARE NOT HAPPY. FIX THE NOISE ISSUE WITH THE POOL. COCONUT CREEK HAS CITY ORDINANCE(S) THAT REGULATE NOISE, PLEASE ABIDE BY THE CITYS ORDINANCES. SOME PEOPLE WORK AND HAVE TO BE AWAKE AT 6AM, THANKS. MIKE.
