If you like living an active construction zone, then you'll love it here! Place is infested with black mold and roaches, everything is falling apart. There are bars on our only windows, so major safety risk if there is a fire, so good luck. Don't even bother trying to bring up any issues either, management does nothing and doesn't offer any compensation for construction or noise on the daily. Overpriced for what you get. Forget about maintenance requests… you’ll be waiting at least 5 months for simple repairs. Maintenance does mediocre work, and the office(owners) don’t care when you put in any work orders all they tell you is they will resubmit to maintenance. Been waiting 6 months for repairs maintenance lied that they came and never did. Would not recommend moving here charging Toronto prices for mediocre living conditions.
Pros: -Your own parking spot (providing someone doesn't steal it) -Garbage/recycling bins -Spacious bachelor units -Quiet if you keep to yourself -All inclusive units (need to pay more for Airconditioning) Cons: -Not as pet friendly as advertised. -The way they handle snow removal -Frequent power outages (fixed pretty fast but way too often) -1% yearly rent increase on already highly priced units
