Pros: -Your own parking spot (providing someone doesn't steal it) -Garbage/recycling bins -Spacious bachelor units -Quiet if you keep to yourself -All inclusive units (need to pay more for Airconditioning) Cons: -Not as pet friendly as advertised. -The way they handle snow removal -Frequent power outages (fixed pretty fast but way too often) -1% yearly rent increase on already highly priced units Rental agreement states 50$ fee is you don't relocate your car for snow removal. Now we're getting threats about towing.
If there is only zero starts available. Anna the manager does NOT understand the logic and I wonder why the heck people like her able to be a manager in the first place? Want to rent a 2 bedrooms apartment now for December, she keep saying cant hold it until December? NO one said hold, just confirm the time then give notes to current apartment for leaving. !!BEDBUGS!! Been ignored for months and we have an infestation now, neglectful owners and super ageist. We should be getting our rent for free at this point. If you like living an active construction zone, then you'll love it here! Place is infested with black mold and roaches, everything is falling apart. There are bars on our only windows, so major safety risk if there is a fire, so good luck. Don't even bother trying to bring up any issues either, management does nothing and doesn't offer any compensation for construction... read more
