I’m disappointed with how my account was handled. I was informed by YOUR staff, Cheyanne to be precise that my cleanings were covered by insurance, but later received a bill after leaving the practice. This situation has been frustrating and feels like a result of poor communication or misunderstanding or maybe as a business owner you really just don't care. I would give this place negative stars if I could, solely due to the front desk workers. The girls who work there are nothing but bullies. You want them to check your insurance that your cleanings are covered, be prepared to get a non itemized bill in the mail. Be prepared for surprise charges that you wont know until the end of your appointment and be prepared to be talked about when you leave. Shoot even when you're in the front lobby. Sorry guys got to give you one star. I called in advance that I had a broken tooth and drove almost three hours out of my way as we were on vacation. Because they said they could do it the same day. I got there they let me wait for almost 90 minutes after my appointment. Then they had the nerve to say (and by the way I sent them photos and videos) that it was broken and I had to book an appointment to get it fixed. Then handed me a bill for $90. Unreal.
Fantastic office! Excellent team of professionals. Today’s visit was for routine visit with my hygienist, Mary. Gentle but thorough. It seems nice to find a dental office that I can look forward to going to!
Overall, it's a very clean environment and they do good work. I've been going there for about 3 years now, I make the 1.5 hr drive from Madrid just to go here. After my last couple crucial experiences, however, I will no longer be coming here. I absolutely love the assistant team, they are the sweetest ladies I've ever met, and you can tell that they truly care.
