Overall, it's a very clean environment and they do good work. I've been going there for about 3 years now, I make the 1.5 hr drive from Madrid just to go here. After my last couple crucial experiences, however, I will no longer be coming here. I absolutely love the assistant team, they are the sweetest ladies I've ever met, and you can tell that they truly care. I have avoided dentists like the plague since a horrid experience at Aspen that caused an infection in my jaw. 😡 Let me just say the staff here is WONDERFUL. At no point was I made to feel bad that my teeth are in a state of disrepair since that experience nor have I been made to feel rushed or like I'm an inconvenience for existing. I normally have discomfort with numbing shots, I felt NOTHING. My root canal went well as well. I'm now scheduled for a crown. My daughter and son had their 6 month hygiene appointments a few weeks ago. Stella had Tori and Marco has Sadie. This was the first time having a cleaning with “someone new”. There was no forced conversation or awkward silence, they were all chatting and laughing like old friends. Seeing new faces may feel discouraging or upsetting, but the hygiene crew at Watertown Dental Health Group are all personable, safe and 100% there to help guide you to a healthy and happy smile!
Office staff is great, very personable and knowledgeable. Just had my daughter in for a cleaning with Sadie she did an amazing job.
I’m a current patient at Watertown Dental Health Group. Dr Girardi did two fillings for me and they turned out fantastic! Despite my anxiety when it comes to the dentist, him and his assistant did a great job at keeping me comfortable. Highly recommend this office!!!
