Just this morning had occasion to visit the main Watertown Bank location. Wow, from the entry door throughout my wanderings to the old Mosler safe, every one I met was so warm, friendly and professional. Not a customer yet, but give me some time!

Been a customer of Watertown Savings since 1959, when my parents opened a Savings Account, they were Trustees of my account, to help save for my College tuition. As in later year, I have opened more accounts, those account numbers are 6 and 7 digits. My account that was opened in 1959 was in the 5 digit range.. mid 5's.. WoW.. Best Customer Service, MANY convenient bank locations, mostly, the branches I grew up, especially in East Watertown, are still open ! Gotta love WSB !

I had a banking issue out of stateand they were so kind and patient and fixed the problem
I became a member because they had a special offer. I stayed because of their customer service, very friendly and professional. Excellent bank!!!!!!!!!
