I don’t bank here. Came to withdraw cash today. Got charged $3 convenience fee (standard practice, don’t have a problem with this) but ATM gave me a bunch of old bills, with marks and ink stains on them, that should have been taken out of circulation years ago. Took my cash, a receipt, approached a teller asking to exchange these to new bills. “We can’t do that above $40 as you are not a customer here.” - But these bills are unusable! - Sorry, you can go to your own bank to exchange. - So I just got charged $3 for convenienc... read more
