Our eight year old son was referred by our dentist in Potsdam and we found the staff, doctor, and atmosphere to be awesome! I called on a day that the office was closed and received a call back from Sarah the same day (I wasn't expecting to hear from them until Monday!). She even offered her cell phone number in case we had an emergency over the weekend! Awesome, honest dentist for the kids!
My 3 year old was referred to Watertown pediatric Dentistry for his chipped tooth. From the moment we walked in I loved the office and so did my son. He ended up getting his tooth removed and they were so great with my son. Their so professional and everyone is nice 😊
This place,I can not brag enough!!! You walk in & it's just an instant kids vibe,friendly atmosphere. My daughter whom just yesterday was terrified of the dentist now loves going!! I can not brag about the dental assistance/hygienist & dentist enough!! They were all so amazing & made my daughters visit very comfortable and fun for her!!! Amazing place,awesome people!!!
My daughter had her first dentist appt here yesterday and I was so nervous but it went much better than I was expecting! The staff is so friendly and they treated us wonderful. There were tears shed in the beginning (She's only 2, so that was to be expected) but she warmed up to them very fast and when we left she wanted to know when we were going back! I would definitely recommend this office to everyone.
Great place with a great staff!!! Dr. Andrew is the best!
