This was our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first! The staff is so friendly and patient for the little ones who aren't too sure what to think of the dentist. My four year old already can't wait for October to go back.
I brought my 3 1/2 yr old daughter in for an exam on a tooth she had bumped. My husband called after hours and left a message mentioning what had happened and would like for her to be seen if possible. Unexpectedly to our amazement they called him back that night unreachable they left a message and called again the next morning. We expected being a new patient we would have to wait, not at all they got her in within 2 days and had enough compassion knowing our concern, to call us back outside normal business hours. i can say that my daughter has been to a really bad Dentist before so she has had a very term attic surgery for her teeth and is very afraid of any kind of doctors now, but when we came to this dentist they were all very nice and VERY kid friendly! My daughter was very terrified at first but when it was time for the X-rays she warmed right up for them and let them wan her teeth. I only had one visit so far so can't say much but the first one was good and I will be going back and I can say more after they fix some of the teet... read more
A procedure as simple as a cleaning can be traumatic for a child. Dr. Andrew and his staff made my daughter feel incredibly comfortable!
Strongly recommend Dr. Andrew! My kids experience at the dentist has always been enjoyable. He always addresses any concerns thoroughly and accommodating in emergencies and after hour visits. Nice to be able to go to a dentist office that you know truly cares!!
I have a 3 yr old autistic child that I took to this office. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave its perfect. The office is inviting, clean, fun, and has the most friendly staff. There's a train in the ceiling that goes in every room. Each room has a TV with cartoons at the foot of the chair. I can't say enough about how friendly the dentist and his staff are. My child normally Cry's with feeling like he can't move. We have been there twice and he never cried. I would recommend this place to every one!
Our boys 10 & 4 loved the office... especially the trains. The staff was very friendly. It was our 4 yr olds first dental visit & the nurse helped him not to be afraid... her & the dr were both very nice. Thank you!
I took all three of my young kids back to back on the same morning. So fantastic, very smooth. So kid oriented! Highly recommended by me!
