We have found our new dental home! The best part was that my kid's we're fighting each other for who was going to go first :) Wonderful staff and Dr. Beuttenmuller was great, the kids felt very comfortable. Going to be recommending your office to everyone with kids!
The staff was curtious to not only me, but my son as well. Stephanie, our dental hygienist, was wonderful with my 3 year old. She talked him through everything she was doing and his visit was great. Then the dr came to wrap up the visit. My son is already begging to go back.
We have been with Dr. Andrew since he came to Watertown. He always makes time for his patients and I never feel rushed. My daughter loves going to the dentist. The office is kid friendly down to the kid sized toliets and sink in the bathroom to the train that goes throughout the office and the playroom. If you are looking for a wonderful dental experience for your child then this is the place to go.
This office and staff is Fantastic! The location is easy to find, the size of the office is great, there is the cute train moving on the ceiling to entertain the kids, as well as puzzles and books. Stephanie, my boys' hygienist is very knowledgable, pleasant DNS professional. Dr. Andrew is simply wonderful - such a wonderful human bring who treats us with kindness and warmth. My son had what seemed a large cavity on his canine tooth. I called to make an appointment on Monday and had one the next day. Upon arrival of 5 min waiting, my son was seen. After determination that a filling may have fallen out, the dentist examined the tooth and decided to do the work same day and within 30 min my son's tooth was fixed. My 8 yr old daughter has always been scared of the dentist but when we arrived at Watertown Pediatric Dentistry she was comfortable right away! It was very helpful on my part to prepare her a few days prior but also the office is very inviting and kid friendly.
