I went for a tour and the office was very unprofessional, rude at Deerfield Village. It started when trying to call, they never answer their phone, so i went in-person, excited to see a new apartment home, but after stepping into that office, i knew my decision was an immediate NO!!!
Irresponsible management of communities associated with Waterton Residential. I'll change the review if communities (Deerfield Village specifically) improve. But otherwise, this will stand.
My rent increased 13 percent at Roswell Village, yet inflation is 3%! Why?
Unprofessional and careless company. Three of their apartment complexes are a complete mess with terrible staffing. Their phone number doesn't even work and they have complete disregard for communication with the properties they 'manage'.
