For a new building - major issues. They rarely fix anything. Water sewer charges SUPER high. Oh and they never have the windows washed etc. NOT a premium experience. The elevator stopped working for 2 months - it’s the ONLY one! 5th floor walk up with anything was not great. Elevator goes out a lot here.

This place was not built to last based on my experience. Apartments 510, 511, 410, 411 and several other apartments flooded because of shoddy plumbing work. The management did ONLY what they legally had to and everyone I know had the same experience. I lived in hotels and airBnb's while Seattle Property Management paid for nothing (as stipulated in the lease of course).
