For a new building - major issues. They rarely fix anything. Water sewer charges SUPER high. Oh and they never have the windows washed etc. NOT a premium experience. The elevator stopped working for 2 months - it’s the ONLY one! 5th floor walk up with anything was not great. Elevator goes out a lot here.

This place was not built to last based on my experience. Apartments 510, 511, 410, 411 and several other apartments flooded because of shoddy plumbing work. The management did ONLY what they legally had to and everyone I know had the same experience. I lived in hotels and airBnb's while Seattle Property Management paid for nothing (as stipulated in the lease of course). I wish I could recommend this apartment building but I can’t, as long as it is operated by Seattle Property Management Associates (SPMA). I lived in this building from 2018 - 2022. Appliances are good quality but cabinets and doors are very cheap. Some thoughtful touches such as a pre-drilled exhaust port for AC if your unit doesn’t come with one and in-wall cable routing for wall mounting a TV.
