Saw that pat scallion works here ... said would cost me $500 ... I was desperate as water from sink was going outside ... a few hours later $1,200 check or cash ... had to run to the bank and borrow on my card and gave him the cash ... NEVER gave me a written estimate... I am senior citizen with lupus and couldn't refuse him :(
Water tight improperly installed a large, whole house filter in the middle of a thin water pipe. We could not get the top off to change the filter because of the tremendous pressure. We were afraid we’d either break the water pipe or the top of the filter. We called Bob several times and left messages, no response. Finally we called on my son’s cell phone which was a number they didn’t have and Bob picked up immediately thinking it was a new customer calling. I've had Watertight come to fix some plumbing issues a couple of times. Very nice guys and quality work. Would recommend to friends.
We have had a horrible experience with this company. Worked with Dave to convert our house from oil to natural gas - his work failed inspection TWICE and the fan on our unit now runs 24/7 (even when the thermostat is turned off) due to faulty wiring. He blew off our concerns multiple times, and has been avoiding our calls for weeks - the two issues have still not been resolved. Once he was paid he vanished.
