Had another company do the appraisal came in 100k more. I guess if you use illegals you could build it that cheap. Even counted an outbuilding that not even on the same lot. It's not part of the property. The next house we have to have an appraisal done on the 1st question will who does their appraisals if they say waterstone, we will walk away. HALF ASS WORK. DON'T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I'LL BE REPORTING TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS ON THEIR CREDIBILITY.

I had a great experience with Appraiser Chris. He provided a detailed, accurate, and timely appraisal. Worked with this company through Navy Federal. This appraiser’s name is Chris. Appraisal came in significantly lower than the sell price. This company does not any criteria on how to pick comparable homes. Two comparable homes in my report were not even sold. Very lazy and unfair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
