Where do I start…Waterstone is such a cozy and quiet community. Even better the staff is amazing. Annabelle and Jose are the best duo with making sure the community/units are safe/clean and move in ready. Annabelle has the best knowledge and patience with making sure your lease is properly understood and needed documents are received. Jose has years of experience with maintenance and renovation. I appreciate them both and am happy that they are at this community!
AVOID. SCAM. I was looking for an apartment for my daughter, and she submitted an application for Waterstone Terrace. We paid an application fee, and a "holding fee," to reserve the apartment while the application was processed. The application, as I expected, was rejected, but I was assured that I could co-sign. (My daughter just relocated to California and had not yet secured a job.) I'm writing this review after relocating away from Benicia to San Diego. I lived at Waterstone Terrace from April 2000 to June 2022. The property manager, Anabelle, was first rate: very caring and supportive. Maintenance support was also great, problems were addressed quickly and effectively. The apartment complex is located in a superb section of Benicia: gentrified residential area and only a block from the shoreline of the Carquinez Strait. We had to temporarily relocate due to renovations at our current apartment. This place is actually very nice and fully furnished. Kind of like an extended stay hotel suites. But closer to the waterfront.
