My agent was extremely knowledgeable about the area and got us into a house I never thought we would be able to afford.
This was my first home buying experience and I was very happy with my decision. Being a recent graduate, location and price were two of my main concerns especially after accepting a job in Charlotte, NC. Being a company with a smaller, "boutique feel", I worried that my options would be limited or that the process would take longer, but they actually had a lot to offer both in North and South Carolina and were great at communicating every step of the process upon completion.
We were very interested in seeing a property this weekend. The agent on call said that she didn't have time, and no one else from the agency called us back either. We were disappointed in the lack of assistance in finding a home. We will try another agency.
