Love this place, but I am super sad the spinach salad is gone.
Love the Ultimate Italian sandwich, and order it every time I go. The food is great and the staff is awesome!

Our family came to town to tour Liberty and chose this place based on Tripadvisor and you had a GF menu. I have tried gluten free pizza crust at many restaurants. Thank you for making a delicious GF crust from scratch! Also, thank you for not trying to make it a healthy alternative like some restaurants but just making it taste like the real thing! We also had GF pita bread with the crab dip. Amazing! So my question is… when are you going to open a place in Richmond?!
So, clearly I wouldn't post this or allow it to take my time up on my ANNIVERSARY date if it weren't something major....do NOT eat at WATERSTONE in Lynchburg!!! My order was ruined not once, but twice, no compensation given...then as they're giving the bill an ant about half the size of my pinky finger crawled up my body and onto the table and my husband had to kill it! Disgusting and unacceptable...no apologies offered, meal ruined completely and actually part of my special day. Will NOT be returning.
Just had the worst experience ever at Waterstone. Good food but, not ebough to make up for the serioisly poor service. In reminding ourselves that she may be having a very bad day, we tolerated the poor service. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get out drinks. Ok, it's busy.
