We ordered Waterstone tonight through GrubHub. I ordered 3 kids meals (2 pizzas and 1 spaghetti) along with some other stuff. GrubHub delivered and told us that the restaurant didn’t have two parts to our dinner and would be reimbursing us. It just so happens that one of those meals was a kid’s meal. What kind of restaurant tells the GrubHub delivery person to tell the customer it wasn’t available INSTEAD of calling the customer right away and asking if that particular meal could be replaced with something else?!?
