This company is so disorganized, unprofessional, and it's representatives are RUDE. When I bought my home, within days they flipped the loan to another company, yet continued to call me daily, soliciting "mortgage protection" which I already have. The amount of phone calls and mail I received bordered on harassment. Each and every time I spoke to someone on the phone, I requested that my number be removed from their calling list, which they never do. I would never ever refer this company to my worse enemy. Disclaimer I did work for this company for almost 8 years. I worked with Jordan in the Marshfield office. I went to him because I thought he would treat me good considering all I had done for him as his underwriter, that was a mistake. I was looking to buy a 2nd home and reached out to him for rates. This was the most “painful “ process for purchasing our home. Our mortgage handler was awful. She was rude, threatening, careless and very unprofessional. Every time something was due to her, it was always stated “if you don’t do…you will not get your loan”. Instead of working with us, she made us anxious and constantly worried. Cathy k******* was great to work with until she wouldnt refund me for an appraisal I cancelled and she confirmed it was canceled. Now she just ignores my messages with no plans on refunding me for a SERVICE I CANCELLED and it was CONFIRMED. I even sent her screen shots of proof but she refuses to refund me.<br /> <br /> <br />

My broker Ryan G****** was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, fair, kind and available for every question, comment and concern. It is could leave this company a -5 star I would. They are horrible!!! After dealing with them and reading the reviews they have done the same thing to me. Due to my credit score not being the bright and shinning start that they are are apparently looking for, they are gave me the run around. I bought a house in May 2019 using Mart *******at Waterstone Mortgage. Every time I met with Marty, I told him I did not want my ins. and taxes escrowed; I had owned 5 homes in my life, had always paid my own ins. and taxes, and had excellent credit. I even paid 2/3 of the sale price in cash. Marty assured me there would be no problem being responsible myself, without being escrowed.
