Jay Ralstin is the epitome of the perfect mortgage broker. I have dealt with many mortgage companies, as a contractor, and Jay truly makes the experience enjoyable. Not only have I used him myself, but I've referred many a person to him and all have said what a truly wonderful person he is. I can not thank him enough for all his hard work.
Elizabeth was the best thing that happened to me in this mortgage process. She was very responsive and very involved in helping me get through a very difficult first time home buying situation - basically water and mold damage and a very deceitful seller. She made sure that everything was good to go and dealt with me freaking out well. I would highly recommend Elizabeth and Waterstone to anybody.
