Verified Renter Great place to live I lived at Redwood for 2yrs and it was a very nice place to live. Drew and his team are great and respond to any issues immediately. Its a very quiet place and well kept. Thr only negative thing I would say is the pricing. Its a bit high for the units not being more updated with better appliances and OTR included instead of just a range hood. Verified Renter Really nice and spacious The model apartment was very nice and spacious, but the washing machine and dryer were in an inconvenient place that was inaccessible if someone was using that bathroom for any reason.
Verified Renter We've loved it! Lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the layout of our place did not feel like an apartment--felt more like a ranch house. The attached garage allowed for lots of storage. Management is thoughtful and friendly, and maintenance is prompt and reliable. Thank you for two awesome years!

Don’t Rent Here! Way too expensive for this apartment in which they will not do updates (carpet and floors) for loyal tenants with years of perfect pay history, but will charge us the increase for updated amenities of new tenants with no rental track record.
Renter at Pickerington I am very displeased about the way this company treats their renters, especially as I am one of the very 1st people who have rented here. During the snow storm we have NOT gotten our driveways cleaned off but the manager and leasing offices got their driveways cleaned off.I am right next door to the leasing office and they (whoever is supposed to be doing the cleaning off the driveways)didn't get the job done till AFTER I had to complain to whoever mattered several hours later.
