I love it. Water stone is a great property The manager and her staff are excellent the maintenance guy are great. Nice swimmer pool and jakozy always well maintained. Nice land scraping. Trash always picked up. Assistant manager is great. Always some one on office. All night have security. Parking never a problem shaded or open. Plenty of parking. Ever have guest no problem. Complex is NOT ADA compliant, there are dog feces EVERYWHERE and the residents with pets NEVER clean up after them. If you live in a dowstairs unit, your neighbors upstairs will sound like a stampede herd because it's only a nice sheet of wood, not cement, that divide the 2 floors. They have a severe snail and bee infestation. They've had mailboxes, and vehicles broken into! The sidewalks are NOT level, therefore creating MULTIPLE trip hazards!
My family's transition from our home to Waterstone apartments has been a smooth one. The grounds are well kept and the although it is not our single family dwelling, we are very comfortable here. Staff work hard too to keep things flowing.

The worst staff ever. Very rude and unprofessional people, including the manager. Never like to work with you on anything and always ready to nail you down.
