The Landings was a sanctuary for me. The staff, like family. Forever grateful for my time spent in my apartment and on the grounds. Neighbors make you feel you’re apart of a community. The amenities are clean and a great way to meet people. The apartments have charm, character & so much space! I definitely recommend!!
Sugar Mill in GA - my boyfriend & I have lived in the same tiny 638 sq ft. apartment since 2016. Steadfast became the management company maybe 2 or 3 years ago, & it’s not the place it used to be. The gate is always broken & stays open sometimes for months at a time because “there’s only one gate repair co. In the area” (B.S. there r several other apartments off the same road who never have broken gates). One time the trash compactor broke & stayed that way for over 2 weeks. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The office staff is terrible! They don't communicate with residents, they won't fix my gate code, when I learned about the parking permit from a neighbor and ask the office they told me I must have not been listening when they told me about it. There is NO parking, it is not safe for your kids to play here, people drive like crazy. They are lazy and don't answer phone calls. If I could take stars away I would but I need to let perspective renter's know the horror of this place. Over a month ago the downstairs resident tried to enter my apt. The resident is still living below..... I definitely feel safe here. FYI if you want to live in a slum where nothing is enforced, people just run amuck, children are never supervised- starting dumpster fires and being menaces, and still pay the price of a "luxury" apt then this is the place for you. We lived in a steadfast property for one year and that sure was enough for us! To make things worse they have now sent a balance they claim we owe to a collection agency when we were never even sent the bill in the first place. We never paid a single rent payment late and are always good tenants in any apartment we have lived in and are appalled at this treatment. Apartment has roaches...
Property managers truly believe that they don't have to repair leaking gas pipes, and literally blamed the utility company for shutting us down because of it. Construction not up to code! There is no subfloor between up and downstairs units, upstairs neighbor stood so hard, I have a lawyer lined up for when this overweight person finally comes crashing through my ceiling!
I enjoyed my time at the shores for the 2 years I lived there, very nice apartments but the management and overall quality of customer service is on par with a a hotel in a 3rd world country. 9 times outta ten you call the office for something no body answers the phones and you leave a voicemail 10 to 15 times before someone finally gets back to you a week or more later. I would recommend 1250 west to anyone looking for a beautiful community with amazing amenities and friendly staff. Even during a pandemic, Heather was great throughout the entire process of obtaining my apartment. She answered all my questions and maintained communication with me. The apartment is spectacular with amazing details and space. I love my new home.
