RecommendedI moved in at the end of January 2020 and it's by far the nicest apartment I've ever lived in! (I've lived in some DUMPS) But I chose to pay more for a safe & quiet location. The maintenance team is incredible!! Anytime I have put in a maintenance request it is taken care of as soon as they can. AND they've kept me updated on any lengthy fixes. There's always cons to every pros & cons list and that would be on the residence that don't pick up after their dog's #2. . . The Shores have supplied FREE poo bags at EVERY poo trash... read more

Property manager and management in general has been terrible at the Oak Crossing location in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I have over 40 emails sent to my property manager that I have no replies to. I am not the only person in my building with this same issue. We had a building fire and even people’s insurance companies can’t get in touch with our property manager. Definitely do not recommend this complex. After living there for a year chose to leave to another complex in the area. Previous reviews of maintenance problems are probably accurate. I had the same issues. I had a stove in which it tripped the breaker. Reported it and a burner was fixed. Had the same issue happen again and another burner got fixed. After that the light that indicates you have a hot stove top would never go out. I was so scared to even use the stove that I just left the breaker off. The complex was aware of t... read more

Four months into living here and the experience hasn’t been what you would expect from “Luxury Apartments” Maintenance has yet to come clean/replace HVAC filters after a request was put in within a few days of the move in date. AC went out today! UPDATE!!! Now the roof is leaking! Water is running down the wall and no one will answer or call back! Just keeps getting better
RecommendedThe Landings was a sanctuary for me. The staff, like family. Forever grateful for my time spent in my apartment and on the grounds. Neighbors make you feel you’re apart of a community. The amenities are clean and a great way to meet people. The apartments have charm, character & so much space! I definitely recommend!!
