Very nice – I have to send my regards out to one particular staff member named Jose. He is kind, diligent, and most of all a true gentleman. On the rare occasion of something breaking, Jose always shows up and gets the job done.

Great experience so far. – I've lived with tucson rental homes for over a year and so far so good! I did everything online to move in and it all worked pretty smoothly. I could get help when i needed it but if I wanted to use the website it worked really well. Since I've been here I've had a few calls to the maintenance people and everything has been taken care of right away... my dog dug up a little water line and they fixed it the next day...if I could change anything I wish I could own one instead of pay rent.

Horribly Unsafe and Wreckless Management – The complex management is extremely poor when it comes to bill collecting. They lost my rent check while I was on military duty, so I called them up and gave them a copy of the duplicate check and sent them another check that very same day. They assured me that everything would be alright; however, when I returned home, there was a court order stapled on my door. I looked at my account and they had taken the check out twice! HORRIBLE STAFF! – After I left Waterstone, they charged me rent for an extra week ($100 which came out of my deposit) and claimed I didn't move out on the agreed date. I contacted the leasing office 9 times over the course of 3 weeks and not ONCE did anyone return my phone calls, even after assuring me "it's a slow day today, I'll DEFINITELY be contacting you this afternoon after I get this figured out". NOOOO – THE MAITENENCE ROBBED US, I'm not kidding, we locked the door when we left, no extra keys, all windows locked, no forced entry.... we unlocked our door to find all of our things missing (2 laptops, a wii, money, camara, so on and so on) we called the police and even they said it was probably maitenence, but of course the police didnt do anything and niether did managment.... so yeah move in if you want all your sh!t to be gone

Not as awesome as they want you to believe – I have probably writen 15 different reviews on rentals/ real estate, the worse 2 so far, have both been in Tucson in the past year. Impressive website and model homes. Even the real ones are pretty nice, however, they are fake replicas of the model, without all the nice appliance, flooring or cabinets that they claim they have. Just spend your money elsewhere – Yes, the Meridian is conveniently located. That is why I've lived here for a few years. However, to say dogs are a nuisance is an understatement!!! I like dogs, but I hear dogs barking all the time. Pet waste is a HUGE problem. There is no way to avoid walking through dog urine to get into my apartment. It is in 2 of the three accessible entrance ways. Residents let their dogs pee in the hallways as well. I even had a dog pile in front of my door on one occasion. Don't Move Here – I've lived at Jefferson Lakeside for a year now and I will not be renewing my lease. There are so many reasons. When I was touring the property everything looked beautiful and nice and quiet and the few items in my apartment that needed to be fixed were put on a maintenance request and I was assured that all would be taken care of within a couple of days. Cheap but be careful when you move out – When i moved out, i was charged $160 of which $75 for a top cabinet, sink, mirror cleaning and $85 for not doing a PROFESSIONAL CARPET STEAM CLEANING which means you must hire a professional carpet steam cleaner to clean your carpet if you don't want to be charged that $85.
