HORRIBLE STAFF! – After I left Waterstone, they charged me rent for an extra week ($100 which came out of my deposit) and claimed I didn't move out on the agreed date. I contacted the leasing office 9 times over the course of 3 weeks and not ONCE did anyone return my phone calls, even after assuring me "it's a slow day today, I'll DEFINITELY be contacting you this afternoon after I get this figured out".
