Nice homes but unfortunately they were greedy and put all other homes closer together than the models.

My house was built in rush. The construction team was still working with vendors to install the missing items on the day of closing. Currently I have warranty tickets open for flooring issues, major elevation issue (takes few weeks to repair) and stacked window problem. The quality issues are mainly due to the construction team did not do the checks after the vendors completed the work. Also construction team was not fully aware of the specs and some of the specs were installed after closing.
