We had our closing on our new home yesterday. Ms Samantha greeted us, and she was lovely. The actual closing was with Rachel York. I got there very nervous, big major life decisions tend to do that to me. Immediately, I felt relief. My shoulders dropped. She was so welcoming, so knowledgeable, this lady knows her job! We have had many closings with Watersound Title. They are always very professional and punctual. They provide updates and communicate every step of the process.
Multiple errors were made in closing using Watersound Title (we were required to use them).
Watersound Title Agency, LLC made a horrible mistake in preparing my deed on my home in the Minto Community of Latitude Margaritaville Watersound. This mistake cost me a substantial portion of my retirement in legal fees and and over a year of pain and suffering to my health and well being. Thank god, Watersound title agency eventually corrected the title, however the damages cannot be undone. There was never any remorse on behalf of this title agency.
