I am a resident here at Waterside Village and I can't think of a better place to live, I have made new friends and neighbors that have enriched my everyday life. Manager will only repair what is absolutely necessary and forget your security deposit when you leave. The maintenance man is lazy af and takes forever to get to any calls.
