I took my 12-year-old Red Australian Heeler here today due to breathing issues, lethargy, and a new cough that had developed over the past 72 hours. She already had a diagnosed heart murmur, and I was concerned it had progressed. The entire staff was professional and kind. Wonderful experience. My recently adopted puppy had an infected incision from her spay surgery, and an upset stomach with blood in her stool. Waterside took excellent care of her. Lidia at the front desk is AMAZING, and Dr. Cecil and Kaleb were great as well. They were informative, and took the time to educate on aftercare and medication dosage. The facility is clean and they got us through quick! Hopefully we won’t have to come back, but if I do I know they will take care of her.
We went here for our pup who injured his dew claw somehow. The whole staff, from start to finish, was absolutely amazing. They spoke to us, not down, as concerned pawrents. Explained everything from procedure, to medicine, to different prices just in case things change while he was under. We highly recommend this Vet and their staff to all who need.
Kind, compassionate and quality care. I am a veterinarian and was traveling when my Great Dane had some complications and developed pneumonia. I had no ability to treat her on the road, and of course this is all happening on a Friday evening before a snow storm. We were seen quickly and Esther was treated kindly.
