As an 11 year resident, Newport is not only a lovely place to live, the people who work throughout the vast complex are a pleasure to know. In my building, the people are friendly, well trained and diligent. And the views are, of course, spectacular. Provided you’re not facing an active construction zone, as this place is constantly growing. Newport Green is a reasonable public park but I wish it were larger. And Bwé is the best coffee shop in the area so don’t miss that.
Levi is the best super. He is always helpful, respectful, and attentive. He goes out of his way to assist residents, always greets us warmly, and is very kind. We truly appreciate everything he does. And his dedication to making our community a welcoming place to live.

Luis, our doorman, is exceptional. He is always attentive and ready to help whenever we re coming or going. He consistently opens the door with a smile, is very respectful, well-mannered, and especially kind to children. We truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. He is one of the reasons we enjoy living here.
I have been living here the past five years, absolutely love the area. The staff is all very friendly and courteous. Some off the concierge have changed but the regulars like Luis and Owen are always smiling and welcoming and there to assist with any issues. Great staff always. Highly recommend!
