Expect heavy construction noise on daily basis for several hours. Since last 4 months, they are doing building repair and every morning outside my window there is sound of heavy drilling. I can’t seem to understand why they can’t finish one floor in one go rather than keep doing little work every day. The noise is so loud that people can hear it in my meetings and I can’t seem to be able to do work. Additionally, when I moved in windows were dirty and the management refused to clean properly. Wanna do your laundry? Good luck! Eleven washers in the building yet four to six are consistently broken at any given time. Thats one washer for every five floors. Management has likely never entered the building, but don't worry they will state "they are working on it." Weeks will go by before one washer is repaired wherein it will only take a few days for it to break again. If you value clean clothes this is not the building for you.
