Omg, it’s in a Great area if your looking for a secluded location, and just wanna be left alone but, take it from me.... DO NOT MOVE THERE, the Electric BILLS ARE EXXXXXXTREMELY HIGH, and also the Rental Office will rip you to shreds w/your Security Deposit, they never refunded my sister any money and she paid over $2000....
Buildings not facing or getting sun are Riddled with mold. Not safe. I'm living here now and get headaches every day due to mold. Ordering an air test kit from Amazon to have proof. Years ago under previous management they actually sent out a memo to every apt saying something along the lines of no more complaints will be heard or accepted regarding mold and it was part of living in an apt day to day. Frankly I dont know how they got away with it?
4 months and no complaints, so far I love this place !!
Living here 2 weeks and am very happy! The management team of Tara and Tatiana are awesome and make you feel welcome! Any issue we had was corrected in a day or less and it's very quiet. You get a lot of space for the price. The grounds are maintained well.
I think it is a great place to live there is a lot of friendly faces and it is an environment full of amazing days. Some days you could notice the patially unfilled grass patches but it is fine in my opinion.
All I know is I'm not happy with my new Mailman :( And as for Waterside Gardens....there's heat which is nice and a toilet which keeps clogging. However I have a toilet which makes me happy. The last place I lived didn't have a bathroom.
