I've been going here for ten years and the staff has always been honest, direct, and helpful. In my most recent appointments, I have appreciated the directness in helping me find the fastest and most affordable solutions. It always feels like they have my best interests at heart.
This is a tough one to write because I do like the doctor and the work he did. I have had nothing but trouble since the day I started the process for getting dentures. They continually scheduled appoints, that I took time off work for, only for me to show up and they don't have the supply. They always said the would call me when a new piece was received. great day at the dentist, Hygienist was very efficient and thorough and I appreciate that.
I appreciate this practice doesn't have an over-the-top, over kill approach to dentistry. After running screaming from the building (slight exaggeration) from my previous Sarasota dental practice, when I left with at least 5 ominous things wrong with my teeth, I didn't see any dentist for over two years. Finally got over my PTSD and went to Waterside and they didn't try to upsell me on every procedure possible. No waiting, a pleasant enough staff and an accommodating schedule makes this practice my go-to.
