Kelly was wonderful, explain everything that I needed to know about some things I needed addressed. Dr., Eric Riviera was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. The receptionist was very kind too. We are new to Venice & Florida and everyone made us feel welcomed!
My experience at Waterside Dental was completely flawless, everything was like a Timex Watch in timing. I was taken in ontime, was given my treatment, answered any questions I had, setup a follow up and out the door I went. Very Happy with Waterside Dental!
Keep cancelling our appts then saying my husband has to pay for gum disease antibiotics..if they would keep the appt for cleanings then he wouldn't be more susceptible to gum disease. Looking for new dentist!
Dr. Ginter and hygienist Lynn provided excellent care and service during my last visit. It was determined that I needed a crown replacement. They shared the film indicating the problem and answered my questions. I received a copy of the treatment cost for the procedure. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and friendly care for their patients. August, 2022. The crown replacement has been completed. It’s a perfect fit and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Ginter and staff. Thank you once again.
