I spent 3 years suffering immense back pain. Every step caused severe pain. My primary care doctor sent me to a specialist who wanted to do surgery on my lower back. Uh, NO ! So I finally decided to go to a chiropractor. I chose this facility because it was located close to my home. What an excellent decision ! After two visits I no longer needed pain medication. Have been seeing Dr. Pesce for over a yr. She is one smart lady and has helped me in more than just Chiropractic...very knowledgeable in general for natural healing! The prices seem little high but I don't get care like this from any other Chiropractors I have been over last 40 yrs...She is the best as I am sure the other Chiropractor is that works along side of her!
Dr. Pesce and other staff are great. They are helpful and professional. When scheduling an appointment they work willingly with your work schedule. Kudos to Waterside Chiropractic!
I experienced rude,unhelpful, unprofessional attitude from office staff. Also was told they would be up front with services and cost. I was charged $126.00 for exrays. Then was told that they wouldn't adjust my back. They rescheduled appointment. When I returned for appointment and doctor was not in the office and I could wait for half hour. I decided to leave because of the unprofessional service I received. I am asking for a full refund. I will respond on the outcome of their response.
