Best apartments in Denton. Friendly staff. Great maintenance. Close to shopping. �
Loved living here. I have had 2 of my own apartments here and would not have wanted to be anywhere else. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They fix what ever is broke quick as they can. Only draw back is visitor parking sucks. The night my mom died. They towed the crisis nurse's car and a counselor,s car because they were parked out front after 10pm. Even when there was no visitor parking open because it was sat night. Other then the new visitor parking rules. (12ppl have been towed that were at my place 218 a pop) I l... read more

Great place to live. But beware of the ducks. They can swarm you in a matter of seconds when you have bread in hand.
