RecommendedThis is the best community in Denton to live in. Lots of trees and lots of space to walk your dog. Management is very responsive and the maintenance team do a great job. I will be here a year in September and I have already signed a new lease. If you are looking for an apartment you should consider Watersedge.

My husband and I moved here in 2008 and I still love it. There has been several ownership changes, manager changes and this new group is by far the best. The manager Tasha, really strives to do the very best she can, a real team leader. With the recent trash issue I have seen Tasha and our Porter Candice actually hauling trash themselves to try to fill the gap until a new trash service is hired. Try to top that for team work!! Our car was towed with a parking permit clearly visible in the window and the towing company still towed it. Our landlord Amanda got right on it and was soo helpful. But it's not just that she helped us get it back she's been awesome since before move in day when we came to this complex in April. She's always been so nice and helps us with everything to the fullest extent. Best apartment manager ever!
Great family and affordable apartments, we have lived here for over 2 years with cero complains. The administration is very helpful when is needed, in general terms a very good option in Denton.
Thanks for taking care of the a/c. It was done a day later than initially planned due to an emergency. However management called to inform so no big deal. Crew was clean and efficient! Thanks again. I think management is doing a good job.
Moved in December 2015 and I've never been happier living somewhere. So peaceful here and the view of fountains and ponds are amazing. The staff is also very pleasant to deal with especially Kendall. She's always so helpful. Don't plan on leaving any time soon!
This apartment complex is the the best I have been in! I've never had an issue with the staff, they are friendly and the property stays beautiful! I love how quiet and peaceful it is, and the maintenance team (power to the beards!!) is always on top of everything! I always recommend these apartments to my friends!
