Ms Renee is a blessing she is a great manager I couldn't be happier with my move to Gulfport and Watermarks Apartment she went above and beyond for me thank you Ms Renee,also maintenance I'm sorry don't know your names yall are great!! You stay on your job and make sure that everything is in working order thank all of yall and I'm truly blessed to call this place home.

Mrs. Renee is AMAZING! Advocate for women! This is a safe place. Also, if something needs repaired, she makes sure it gets done. Literally the best apartment mgr ive ever seen. The location itself is very quiet. The people look out for each other. I would recommend this place to a family.
I have lived at Waters Mark apartments for about 3 years. I call it home, not just because of the friendly neighbors, but one other element makes it so, management. Mrs. Renee Starks who manages this apt. Complex is very personal, friendly and has a gift of decernment. She really cares about her tenants. She is a good judge of character, and seems to know who will be a good fit, for water's mark apt.
