excellent apartments, Clean, Management is friendly and helpful. located short walk to Cooley Law School and right across from Davenport college. Located on the Bus Line. tenets are older/mature. not a party apartment building.....this place is awesome.
Absolutely hated this place. If you are under 65 I would not recommend wasting your time here unless you were planning on moving in with your grandma. Linda, the landlord, is constantly in your business like no other landlord on earth is. The slightest noise in your apartment will lead you to get a "noise violation" from the devil lady. If you are a student or somewhere in your 20s/young 30s, trust me, you are not welcome here.

These apartments have an awesome location- close enough to walk downtown, to GRCC, to hospitals, to Davenport. Very quiet atmosphere (good soundproofing- Ive NEVER heard my neighbors!) Rent is really reasonable, and water/heat/trash included. Covered parking is cheap too- only \$15 a month extra. Highly recommended- Ive been here 3 years so far.
