Mike was a steady hand in a time of stress. We had a slow leak that had been going on for quite some time and finally decided to get it looked at. I found ‘Water’s Fault’ During a flooding crisis and they immediately responded and guided me through every step, including the insurance claim. Everything was repaired and I cannot Thank Michael and his team enough.
Mike was able to be on the scene of our kitchen and garage flooding before any of the other companies I reached out to. He walked us through the process and oversaw the restoration work. He coordinated well with our insurance and only asked for payment after we had received insurance compensation and the projects were completed.
A great company from top to bottom. Over the course of six months of repairing the effects of water damage from a broken fridge filter, Water's Fault helped work with our insurance company, went above and beyond in terms of repairs and replacements, and was there for us every step of the way.
