You can stop looking now -- these are the folks you want handling your water mitigation. Communicative, responsive, careful, and thorough. We had a burst pipe above our kitchen ceiling that released enough water to come through our light fixtures. Stressful! Mike came by to have a look and calmly and thoroughly explained what he was measuring, how he was measuring it, and what the options + implications were for mitigation. Mike was a steady hand in a time of stress. We had a slow leak that had been going on for quite some time and finally decided to get it looked at. I HIGHLY recommend Waters Fault for any leak discovery efforts you need. They bring in purpose built equipment (digital moisture meters, dehumidifiers, mold combatants, etc...) to ID WHERE your leak is penetrating internally. For us, it was a mystery - until they arrived. Mike and his team are amazing. I have worked with Mike for several years. First when he was a general handyman and now focusing on water damage. Mike is very knowledgeable and always provides excellent advice. He also picks his team carefully, and I have found his employees to be considerate and diligent.
