You can stop looking now -- these are the folks you want handling your water mitigation. Communicative, responsive, careful, and thorough. We had a burst pipe above our kitchen ceiling that released enough water to come through our light fixtures. Stressful! Mike was a steady hand in a time of stress. We had a slow leak that had been going on for quite some time and finally decided to get it looked at. I couldn’t be happier with the remediation work done by Water’s Fault for our bathroom. Water's fault was amazing to work with. I encountered water leakage which damaged my whole first floor and it was Mike and his team who turned the situation around, I really appreciated everything. Initially I appointed 2 companies for damage estimation. The first company dropped in my place, took a few pictures but wasn't able to do any mitigation. Mike and his team are amazing. I have worked with Mike for several years. First when he was a general handyman and now focusing on water damage.
