We purchased waters edge in pool furniture, in less than a year , a large crack appeared, on one of the chairs, their 5 year warranty is worthless, they claimed it was impact damage , there are no scratches or dents or anything that would draw you to that conclusion, nor did anyone inspect it physically, it’s just a shitty product - don’t buy especially when spending this much, if I could give them negative stars I would
Hallelujah. I can see the Light! Seriously, Guys. It’s like night suddenly turned into day. I live on a golf course and have 5 10-foot sliding glass doors in my lanai that face the green. Unfortunately, it also faces southwest so it’s bright sun shortly after noon and you have to close them often to keep from outrunning the HVAC.. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Waters Edge Window decor. Todd was super responsive and professional. Easy to work with and quick turn around. Our plantation shutters were ordered, delivered and installed in record time (seriously, one week!). They look AMAZING! Great quality and price. Couldn't be more pleased.
Love our new shades! Thank you Todd for showing us different options and customizing our shades for our master bedroom and bath and guest room. They really make the rooms look fabulous.
