I have been a customer for many many years and people must be really bored with their lives to write reviews like these two that are taken out of context. HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt that language was used. I don't doubt that it was said he needed to pay for a service call though. The man is always busy. Called to ask what was needed for a pool that had a small leak in a piece that goes to the pump. Answer from the owner was " if you think you are going to to get advice without a service call you are f****** wrong!" Then proceeds to tell me that I am basically a bother to him for asking a customer service question over the phone, where I typically would have gotten the parts or had them do the work for me. Ok first off this is primarily about Steve, not the other members of this facility. First off, when my in-laws had WatersEdge install their pool there were somethings that the city required. For example a 5 foot fence instead of a 4 foot. No problem right? Steve dragged his feet to get it done. Never gave my mother in law an estimate so she went with someone else for the fence. Steve got an attitude when he contacted my MIL 3 WEEKS AFTER THE OTHER COMPANY HAD ORDERED AND INSTALLED THE FENCE. He said he special ordered her fe... read more
Utilized this company for many years, great service and very friendly. They really care about your pool! I would not consider anyone else caring for my pool.
Water's Edge built our pool 2 summers ago. The business is family owned and they've been building pools and installing spas since 1996. The owner visited my home when we expressed interest in building. He quoted me a price that beat the Clearwater estimate by $4,000 for our 20 X 40 in ground pool. The owner also participated in the installation, digging, putting in the vermiculite on the bottom of the pool etc. I was extremely pleased with the work, and to date we have had no major issues with the pool.
