I love our Management and Our Maintenance team are prompt with any repairs. Also they leave the area they worked clean. The way to communicate is open and easy to understand the process of what they are going to do. We have lived here since 2014 August and No complaints. Thank you Water’s Edge Estates Management, maintenance and staff for the care ♥️🤗💫🙏

Black mold behind walls covered in lead paint, excessive fines and late fees for not paying them the day of. big ugly dumpster, dog poop, and tons of oil stains and abandoned cars in the parking lot. Terrible experience all together. I strongly advise anyone looking to move in here to run as far away as possible. This complex makes a red roof inn look like a 5 star vacation. Pathetic, endless problems, and a financial burden.

While the apartment itself is nice for the price, living here has been pretty stressful because of the pests. For the last seven years, we've had mud daubers, cicada killers, and yellow jackets getting into the sunroom. We're on a top-floor unit, and even though we're told they're spraying, it only ever happens on the bottom floors. It's honestly terrifying to come home and worry about being stung by something that could make you really sick. We have consulted with office staff numerous times and never recieved a resolution.... read more

I’ve generally had a good experience living here. The property is well-kept, and everyone in the management office has been friendly and helpful in most situations. However, there is an ongoing issue that really needs to be addressed. There has been a strong marijuana smell coming into my unit from another apartment, and despite multiple complaints from myself and other tenants, it still hasn’t been resolved. I want to be clear that this isn’t about being difficult—it’s affecting my ability to feel comfortable in my own home... read more

This was my very first apartment. I moved here in 1992 when I was 24 years old. Rent was $345/mo for a 1 br. It wasn't near as nice then as it is now. Great location and nice neighbors. My lease was not renewed after a year because I was late with my rent nearly every month. Lol Some great memories here, though. Great "starter" apartment.
