I’ve generally had a good experience living here. The property is well-kept, and everyone in the management office has been friendly and helpful in most situations. However, there is an ongoing issue that really needs to be addressed. There has been a strong marijuana smell coming into my unit from another apartment, and despite multiple complaints from myself and other tenants, it still hasn’t been resolved. This was my very first apartment. I moved here in 1992 when I was 24 years old. Rent was $345/mo for a 1 br. It wasn't near as nice then as it is now. Great location and nice neighbors. My lease was not renewed after a year because I was late with my rent nearly every month. Lol Some great memories here, though. Great "starter" apartment.
I originally posted a beautiful review bc my parents lived here and they just loved the maintenance crew here and management. But I’m taking back my review. Bc hearing from a friend and neighbors and seeing it on their Ring camera was enough to take my review back. My Dad passed away and the ambulance came and messes from the traumatic incident with my Dad there was stains and stuff left from ambulance and my Dad. This place will always hold a very special place in my heart. My parents lived here for years, and it’s truly where so many memories were made especially with my Dad.
