I just moved in last week and have nothing but amazing things to say. Melissa was so kind and helpful with the application process and helping accommodate me and my very quick move. The communication was on point and the process was extremely smooth. The apartment complex is beautiful with so many residents able to express themselves with flowers and decorations. DO! NOT! EVER! MOVE! HERE! Mold, mold, mold….lived there for 3 years and it’s the typical “see a problem, slap a bandaid”. Upstairs bathroom started leaking water and the mold that started growing within days! All they did was scrape it. Guess it’s not a problem as long as “THEY'RE” not living in it. Never once in 3 years was the pool open. Laundry room: go open your washer and it will be full of water so you’ll have to transfer your clothes into another washer and pay again, fun times.

I’ve lived at Waters Edge Estates apartments for almost a month. The apartment is clean and it’s nice! The management and the maintenance crew are great! So friendly and helpful when ever they’re needed! It’s a great place to live. I’m really happy here!
