My kayak had a hole in it and kept filling with water which I would have to stop and dump out every so often. When we finally finished, no one was even there to turn the kayak into.
Had fun but the water was down so we got hung up in alot of rocky spots and had a scary experience getting swept up into the HUGE mound of debris along with a few other kyakers. I perfer Trapper Johns but may try again if the water is up a little more
Worst canoe livery I have ever been too. Horrible customer service, very disorganized, slow. I have been to lots of kayak rentals and will not be back here.
Total miscommunication. Was told to be here at 10 an have waited 1 and a half hours and multiple people have already went out on trips. Horrible service Edit. Ended up waiting a total of 3.5 hours, not enough paddles were brought so had to wait longer for more.... And because we started so late we didn't get back until right at dawn and they were closed. Complete disregard for safety Ill be reporting this to the ODNR. Never coming again
Will definitely continue to go here. Highly recommend if you are in the area and love the water you'll love Waters Edge.
My 5 year old went today from Blain Highway to Waters Edge. Took a little over 3 hours and was perfect. The staff is so amazing & helpful. Thank you so much. She loved it.
