Food was delicious. Service was good. It was a rainy Crab Derby weekend, and the place was jammed but the staff was friendly and professional.
The flounder sandwich was fresh and enormous. The soft crabs were DELICIOUS. LOVE it!�

I love soft shell crab sandwiches. From now on when I dream of them I will be sitting in the Water Edge Cafe. Our waitress, Nancy, was exceptional. She answered all of our questions and added some local lore. The experience can't be matched! The view of the bay and crab boats was a bonus.
My mother and I were hungry and stopped in for something to eat. We're we're initially skeptical as there weren't many other customers. That being said it is a Monday and there don't seem to be many people around, so in week days don't let the lack of customers fool you. What we found was the food here is great.
