My experience with Broadstreet has been amazing so far, and a big reason for that is Matt. He made everything so much easier for us during what could have been a very stressful process. Matt went above and beyond to help get our dog approved, taking the time to figure out his size and reassuring us since we have a larger breed. We were really tied on time when apartment hunting, and it was a long shot to get something in time for the move, but Matt made that possible. I lived at Water's Edge for over a year, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The property managers, Libby and Matt, were always a pleasure to work with—professional, approachable, and quick to respond to our needs. The building staff also deserves special mention. They were consistently friendly and helpful, making day-to-day living easy and enjoyable. The level of service at Water's Edge truly sets the bar for other properties. I highly recommend this place!
Libby and Matt are awesome. Staff are friendly and kind. However management has poor response time during winter season. Snow clearing takes a long wait. Something to consider.
Today marks the end of an era for me… I’ve spent over 11 years with Broadstreet properties in St. Albert. I was the first tenant in my suit, when only one of your buildings were up. If it weren’t for buying a house, I’d still be there. I can’t say enough about this company. Never did I have any problems, I was left alone, when I needed something handled, it was never an issue.
