RecommendedI literally love my apartments, they’re so accommodating and always on top of everything maintenance wise if necessary; such a good place to live. If anybody is looking for a place to call home they need to come here, the staff is so friendly and great with communication; I’ll definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes.
They are the worst apartments to live in please stay away at all cost, the water and electricity bill are so high it’s unbelievable
Horrible place to live. It has been almost a year and they never fixed the broken window that has been broken since we moved in. They take MONTHS to get things fixed. They are constantly having different maintenance people. The apartments facing the water floods every time it rains BE AWARE before signing a lease. I would never recommend anyone living here. People in the office give you bad attitude when you ask them questions. If you don’t like answering them why work in customer service. Please don’t rent here.
They don't take care of major issues. Apartments flooded seven months ago and have since then been lied to by management with lies about getting bids from contractors to install Frech drains to resolve the flooding issues. Rain season is back and even more apartments have flooded. Management seems only minimally concerned. Full apartment flooding, and we aren't talking hurricane rain. I lived here for 4 months. whatever my concerns are the staff are fast and courteous. love it hete! place is well maintained!
Very poor service and management. Maintenance work for one light takes months to fix. Cracks and broken pieces of kitchen or bathroom cabinets. Paint is all messed up throughout the apartment. No room or space for anything in closets. They didn’t even hang the blinds up in the window above the stairs so they just left the blinds laying around in the bedroom for us to deal with.
