Waters Edge Apartments were designed for people who appreciate a beautiful lakeside location! Many of our apartments overlook Deep Lake, while others overlook beautiful wooded areas. All of our floor plans offer dedicated dining space, galley kitchens with standard appliances (gas stove!), washer/dryer in unit, ample closet space and either 1 or 2 patio/balconies.

Just an absolutely terribly ran property. Embarrassingly awful management. Please whatever you do, find another place to live. When we first moved in our AC unit was leaking water all over the floor and when we told the landlord at the time she looked at us like we were stupid and said “you know it’s hot outside right?” Throughout the years and multiple different property managers it’s been the same. The reviews you see on here are CORRECT!!! If you smoke weed this is the place to be! The manager doesn’t mind if you trash the place or if you smoke weed!! You can be nasty and they won’t mind! This is the worst place to live EVER!!!! Gross!!!!🤮 POOR MANAGEMENT THAT WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE WEED SMOKERS!!!! This is the main issue!!
Update. The lady Sara saw this post and denied our renewal in 2024. No worries though, me and the wife moved to florida in a much much better location and living environment. Do not rent from here. The bad reviews you see are, in fact, true. They have horrible communication, are very rude, take no blame, and use bullying as a tactic to get you to shut up. Zero stars! Management is never in the office. They allow a dumpster diver to live in the building who is bringing roaches in. All of the apartments in the building now have a roach infestation that they won’t take care of. And they want to charge $2400 to break the lease. This place is disgusting. Running on no money to fix any issues the tenants have.
