Maria is a great property manager and Omar does a great job with maintenance. I have lived in this complex for 8 years now and overall have had a positive experience.
Great place for a laid back party, and volleyball tournament on the beach! We had a blast! Although there were a couple of dead fish on the shore. They looked half eaten. So if you like fishing there's some big ones out there!!!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The maintenance team has been consistently unprofessional, unresponsive, and negligent. When we moved in, the apartment was not properly cleaned, and several issues were immediately apparent. Most concerning, our carpet had exposed nails coming through it, creating a clear safety hazard that was never properly addressed despite being reported.
