I'd give a 1 but I don't like the word hate. This place shows very nice on the website. It is 'gated' only at the front and open to the public until approximately 6pm, and a ranch style fence around the perimeter of the property. What a shock to see the real thing. We were severely mislead. Not a safe area for active people to walk, ride bikes, etc. No sidewalks and litter everywhere.
