Neighbour shot himself, other neighbour was a dealer who was raided by the US marshals. Tons of roaches and rats on the first floor with zero help from property management. They have been harassing me for over a year to make payments I dont owe. Terrible place

Bike stolen here. Post office takes nearly month to forward my mail to different address which I didn't know and they won't let you get your mail here after you move. Why hold my mail hostage for months?
I moved in on a sunday and found some problems that needed immediate attention. I called maintenance at 9:30am by 9:32 they called me back saying they were on the way. By monday afternoon I had both a new stove and a.c unit. I am extremely happy with the responsiveness. I also had new carpet and paint upon moving in. These bad reviews must have been under old management any problem I've had has been immediately and fully taken care of.
