RecommendedWatersedge is the best. I’ve live here for 4 wonderful years. I enjoy the management staff and I rarely have to complain about anything. The premises are well kept and some of the residents are very neighborly. If I had to choose anywhere to live it will be Watersedge at Harbortown in Detroit💯❤️
The leasing office was always there to answer questions and the groundskeepers friendly! Best gym around. Loved every moment of my time at this property. Check them out. Worth it!
My daughter applied and paid for the application fee as a one bedroom apartment was to be available June 16th. The management called today to say sorry the apartment is suddenly unavailable yet refuse to refund the app fee. This is a scam and your company should be held accountable for your lack of integrity. DTE and renters insurance had already been paid. Not only is she without a place to live, she lost $50 for the app fee and $220 for renters insurance for a place she won’t be living in. Do NOT trust these people!
I moved into Water's Edge June of 2016. The apartments are beautiful and new and the location on the river is ideal (especially in the summer and spring). There is a new fitness center with an outdoor pool and 24/7 security with a gate to enter the community. The management company when I first moved in left a lot to be desired but over the last few months, the new management company has been incredible.
